Christopher Caouette is a U.S. based composer whose music will relax, inspire, uplift, and transport you to another realm. His strong sense of musical storytelling combining Celtic, world, electronic, and classical influences will weave grand stories in your imagination.
A supremely talented “musical storyteller,” Christopher, who is a classically trained pianist, has been creating his unique style of New Age music since 1986. This is an engaging blend of Celtic, world, electronic, and classical styles, influenced by the film and video gaming industries. Each of Christopher’s nine albums tell a story that draws the listener into the fantasy world he has created.
Throughout his career, he has composed scores for video games, computer animation films, and two full Irish step-dance productions. His fourth release, “Alandar,” placed in the top 5 “Best Neo-Classical and Electronic Album of 2009” at Zone Music Reporter (ZMR).
In 2001 he signed with Etherean Music for the release of his first two albums. Then, later, he formed his artist-owned label, Inner Force Music (IFM). He is primarily a solo act, but collaborates with talent such as the Juno award-nominated artist, Lindsay Schoolcraft.
His ninth release, “Tale of the Oakenwish,” which is 10 tracks of epic, exciting, cinematic music at its finest. In the quest for a bow called “The Oakenwish,” this is a marvelous adventure akin to “Lord of the Rings.”
